Burma
So the Burmese government is holding up relief efforts to the cyclone survivors in order to (A) control distribution or (B) line their pockets. There is an easy solution to this issue. Nato C-130s (escorted by F-18s) can airdrop food and water directly where required thus bypassing the bottleneck. Why is this not happening?
